PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Clearpoint Engineers provided full engineering services across three phases of wastewater infrastructure expansion for the Town of Seminary, extending municipal sewer service west of Okatoma Creek to previously unserved residential and commercial areas. With a combined construction value of approximately $1 million across Phases 1 and 2, and Phase 3 funded through the MCWI grant program, Clearpoint managed all planning, design, permitting, bidding assistance, and construction administration from project inception through final completion.
