Canebrake Tennis & Pickleball Complex

Clearpoint Engineers provided full civil engineering design services for a new tennis and pickleball complex within the upscale Canebrake subdivision in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. The facility features multiple tennis courts, pickleball courts, a proposed clubhouse, and associated parking and pedestrian infrastructure serving the Canebrake community. Clearpoint’s engineering scope encompassed site layout, grading and drainage design, stormwater detention, utility design, paving, and erosion control — producing a 13-sheet construction document package compliant with MDOT stormwater standards. The design incorporated ADA-compliant ramps and sidewalks throughout, retaining walls to address site grade changes, and normally dry detention areas strategically placed to manage stormwater runoff from the expanded impervious surfaces.
