Magee City Park Improvements

Clearpoint Engineers provided engineering and project management services for improvements at Magee City Park, helping bring a renewed recreational space to the community. The project focused on the development of a new playground area designed to enhance safety, accessibility, and overall usability for local families.

Our team was responsible for site grading and overall site layout, including configuring the orientation of the playground equipment to efficiently fit within the proposed graded area. Clearpoint also developed the fencing layout for the park improvements and provided intermittent construction inspection throughout the project to help ensure the work was completed in accordance with the plans and specifications.

In addition to engineering services, Clearpoint managed project coordination efforts from start to finish, including preparation of contract documents, review of pay applications, participation in preconstruction meetings, and final project inspection. The completed improvements provide the City of Magee with an updated recreational facility that supports community engagement and outdoor activity for residents of all ages.
