PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Clearpoint Engineers provided comprehensive surveying services for the Hall Avenue Overpass, a proposed railroad grade separation and street reconstruction project spanning approximately 0.9 miles in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Working for prime engineer Neel-Schaffer, Inc., Clearpoint’s scope included historical railroad R.O.W. research, route design and topographic surveying, utility mapping, and a 25-property acquisition program — all coordinated with the City of Hattiesburg, MDOT, appraisers, and legal counsel.
